Privacy Policy

agentwach collects only the data you choose to send us through one of the six supported sources:

• Browser extension: page domain, token estimates, model name. Prompt and completion text are not transmitted unless you explicitly opt in.
• Provider polling: usage and cost figures returned by the OpenAI or Anthropic billing API.
• Ingest SDK / REST: the event payloads your code posts to /api/public/ingest.
• CSV upload: the columns you map from your file.
• Email forwarding: the contents of receipts you forward to your private inbound address.
• Account data: email, name, workspace membership.

To render your dashboard, compute costs, fire budget alarms, and provide support. We do not sell your data and do not use your prompts or completions to train models.

Data is stored encrypted at rest. Retention follows your plan: 14 days on Free, 30 days on Hobby, 90 days on Pro, and 1 year on Team. Older events are deleted automatically.

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from the admin panel, or by emailing admin@agentwach.com.
