What is agentwach?
agentwach is an observability platform for AI agents. It tracks every agent run, tool call, message, token, and dollar from one live dashboard — with per-agent budgets, alarms, and replay debugging.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in under 2 minutes. Create a workspace, pick your ingestion source (browser extension, SDK, API polling, CSV, or email), and events start appearing immediately.
Do I need to change my agent code?
Not necessarily. The Chrome extension passively monitors ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. For custom agents, drop in our ingest SDK or POST directly to /api/public/ingest with a workspace API key.
What data does the browser extension collect?
By default, only the page domain, token estimates, and model name. Prompt and completion text are not transmitted unless you explicitly opt in to full-content capture.
Can I set spending limits per agent?
Yes. Every agent can have its own token and dollar budget with custom warning thresholds (e.g., warn at 60%, escalate at 90%). Breaches return a stop signal to the ingest call so agents self-halt.
How is my data secured?
Provider API keys are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and never returned to the browser after save. All workspace data is scoped by role and enforced via row-level security. See our Security page for full details.
What are the retention limits?
14 days on Free, 30 days on Hobby, 90 days on Pro, and 1 year on Team. Older events are deleted automatically every night.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Workspace owners can export events and wipe workspace data from the admin panel, or email admin@agentwach.com for a full account deletion.
What plans are available?
Free ($0 — 1 workspace, up to 3 agents, 10K events/mo), Hobby ($19/mo — 1 workspace, up to 10 agents, 50K events/mo), Pro ($79/mo — 3 workspaces, unlimited agents, 500K events/mo), Team ($199/mo — 10 workspaces, unlimited agents, 2M events/mo), and Business ($499/mo — everything in Team plus organization seats and roles, assignable agents per worker, per-user token and cost limits, warn or hard-block enforcement, and per-employee usage reporting). Do you offer enterprise or self-hosted deployments?
Enterprise plans include custom SLAs, SAML SSO, and region pinning. Private deployment is available for large teams — contact us to discuss requirements.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
